Le 24 juin 1901, les s\u0153urs sign\u00e8rent l\u2019achat de cette maison chez le notaire pour environ 18000 francs.\nEn 1906, apr\u00e8s de nombreuses recherches, M\u00e8re Marie-de-J\u00e9sus acheta un terrain situ\u00e9 au sommet d\u2019une colline qui dominait Paray le Monial. (Lieu actuel de l\u2019IME, rue de Charolles). En mai de la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, les premiers b\u00e2timents furent construits et les s\u0153urs quitt\u00e8rent leur petite maison de la ruelle aux loups.
