People observed the world no longer through simple imagination but as a result of light, which provided the perceptual and cognitive foundation for the birth of photography. This optical phenomenon laid the foundation for photography and changed how humans see and understand the world.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Capturing Light explores photography as a medium shaped by this early optical experience. Rather than tracing a linear history of photography, this exhibition focuses on how photographic images construct ways of seeing \u2014 how light, framing, and atmosphere actively shape perception, emotion, and spatial awareness.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The selected works show diverse photographic strategies through which light, framing, and atmosphere construct distinct visual experiences, inviting viewers to reconsider their habitual ways of seeing.By transforming natural scenes into thought-provoking visual experiences, viewers can immerse themselves in quiet contemplation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the heart of the exhibition is a camera obscura space that you can walk into.\u00a0 This experience connects the body with the physical origins of photography.Through immersive spatial experience and subtle perceptual shifts, the exhibition encourages viewers to slow down, reengage their senses, and rediscover the physical act of looking. In doing so, it offers a different perspective that stands in contrast to today&#8217;s fast-paced and image-saturated visual culture.
