Self-taught and deeply attached to film photography, Fayek captures the poetry of everyday scenes \u2014 street vendors, light falling on walls, and fleeting human gestures that compose the rhythm of Cairo.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Through his lens, Fayek transforms the ordinary into lyrical fragments of memory.
